Scope of Work: Rehabilitation & Construction of Agro Processing Plants

Infrastructure Upgrade to SIDO Morogoro Agro Processing Plant, in Morogoro, Tanzania is the Project of the Rehabilitation of Infrastructure of Existing Building and Construction of New Extension Building with associated Site works and Services. This Project consists of Construction and alterations of some existing rooms in the Existing Building into training facilities and stores like Milk training room, Bakery training room, Spice Training room, Dry fruits and vegetable training room, Wet fruits and vegetable training room, Cereal training room, Utility room, Food additive store, Packaging store, Sorting room, PPE room with Toilet facility, changing room and fire alarm system.

The Project also involving the Construction of New Extension Building in which it consists of Display and Reception room, Office room, Meat Packaging and Processing training room, Laboratory room, Kitchen,  Dinning room, Toilet facilities, changing rooms, Conference room and fire alarm system.

The External Site Works and Services include Construction and Provision of water supply systems, Plumbing and waste water drainage systems, Construction of Elevated water tank, Ground water tank and water fire fighting system

Also includes the Construction of  Generator House, Construction of AHU/VRF sheds and Provision of AHU/VRF units for Existing Building and for New Extension Building, Construction of Roadway and Car Parking area, Construction of Covered walkways, Construction of Garbage Disposal Unit and the Construction of Chain link fence.
