OUR STORY
Salem Construction Limited is a privately-owned company established in 1989 in Zanzibar, Tanzania. Having started as a modest building contractor on the island, we have diversified into the contracting industry by branching out to all corners of Tanzania. In 2003 we established a branch in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Over the years we built a strong reputation for delivering quality services on schedule and at competitive prices. We pride ourselves on being skilled and experienced in all construction aspects including building, civil and electrical projects. Our company is registered on both Mainland Tanzania and on Zanzibar and Pemba Islands. We are registered with the Contractors Registration Board (CRB), Zanzibar Contractors Registration Board (ZCRB) and the Engineers Association.
Through our extensive history of construction ventures, our clientele has grown to include private individuals, government organizations, diplomatic missions and other corporate clients.
